got my buds drying in brown paper bags now...i've seen in past threads that some use jars to store their buds in...my wife found me a case of new mason canning jars at a yard sale...the question is...do i need to poke holes in the lid so the buds can breathe or do i seal the buds up airtight...

i use it...works fine...start with a weaker mix then build up to a stronger solution... availability, location and price is right for me :)

yup...those lights wont be near enuff watts once the plants start to really get tall....lights without reflectors is really a waste:joint:

in my finishing room i'm using (2) 4', 4 bulb floros for side lighting...3 gro-lux and 1 daylite bulb in each...cheap, low cost, low heat for an extra 320 watts...really compliments my 400 watt hps on top the bottoms of the plants look as good as the tops...good luck!!!

i think the electrical interference caused by the ballast would cancel out any viable info a bug would produce not to mention the heat from the lamp would prolly fry it... just a thought 8O

hang a thermometer above the lights...check that temperature againt the ambient temp of the room...if you have just a few degrees difference that will be noticable...cold weather actually enhances IR focus...really wouldnt worry to much bout the IR tho...loose lips are your biggest threat

losing the weed really sucks dude...get ya a bucket of blue dye and put it above the doorway of their shack...then make ya a bunch of "SMURF WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE" posters and put em up all over town...be good for a laugh and then the culprits will be positively identified for future stress...
