    Drying in a fridge

I harvested mid December and two weeks later i placed 2oz in jars and 2oz in a Groove bag. a month later I rolled a joint of each and brought them over to my fellow grower friend and gave him a blind taste test and he selected the Groove bag joint as the tastier of the two.

Applying Silver Nitrate & Sodium Thiosulfate Mixture for Fem Pollen

I only mix 1oz at a time which fits in the small spray bottle I had from the Tiresias Mist for seed making I tried. I bought CS that was 240ppm and I mixed it with distilled water down to +/-50ppm The STS I bought was ready to use right out of the 4oz spray bottle

    SIP thread -- (Sub-Irrigated Planter)

My journal is over at another forum and I'm not sure I'm aloud to post a link here but it starts with a very popular date :D I should make note I'm using a different feeding this grow, testing out using Prescription Blend Nutrients instead of the teas. Same soil as last grow, but feeding bottom...

    SIP thread -- (Sub-Irrigated Planter)

thanks 2cent It's been working real good so far. And it can be adapted to any size reservoir you want. The soil stays wet but not to wet. I've tried letting it get dry enough to lift the bag easily to see how it will wick and it will suck up a gallon within 2 hrs no problem. Turn out plants...

    Gnats

I used to use a product called Growstone Gnatnix. It looked like perlite but was sharper pieces the gnats didn't like to crawl on it. An Inch on top did a decent job with a minimum sighting of gnats I could no longer find any so what I had left I made reusable sacs out of paint strainer bags...

When mixing soil should I add 2-3 tbs of dr.earth per gallon of soil ?

DrE has been my goto nutes for over 10 years and I haven't burnt one yet. For teas I only use 1/4 cup per gal when making an aerated tea. Between the DrE and molasses and mycos etc and the PPM is around 2000 and that's plenty. Lately I've been using Roots Terp Tea Bloom for flowering teas...

Watering amount & frequency in living soil

Yes wetting first should help get it going. The bags should be wet already too. I know my 5g bags don't seem to wick as well as my 7g's from different manufacturer. Most are synthetic materials that should wick well. If it doesn't work try using something all cotton and see the difference.
