would a 6 inch fan and carbon filter exhaust be able to blast through 2 cool tubes and then out? Filter__fan__ light__light__ out few turns here and there... all help appreciated. thanks

Will it work poorly and burn out fan? See i could take it out about 3 and a half feet high but it wont be highest point of the room.. Hot air rises..
