coolio, yea my soil consists of:
compost- 1 bag
high grade top soil- 1 bag
organic nursery soil- 2 bag
charcoal- 1 bag
ground coconut husks- 1 bag
manure- half bag
lava rock pellets- 2 bags
I mixed all of this in a tarp and let it sit for a few days its some gorgeous stuff,

based off of your pictures, the male flower grows at the intersection of the leave and stem correct?
would it be safe to say that most female plants also have the new growth at the intersection along with the flower, or is that common between male and female...
I just got 3 CFLs 23 watt 6700k for my autos. i was wondering about the light schedule. they have just sprouted to the seed shell, are in moist soil now under light. im thinking 18/6 for veg or more? have amended the the soil and it has veg nutrients. help would be dope

oh yes, im getting lots of veg im waiting for her to pop, should be anyday now sea weed tea and banana peel tea is amazing stuff. i never would of thought until i real the organic feeding thread.

just started on a regiment of teas,
made some kelp/seaweed tea. i just pour a little in with my watering container.
also i have just finished making some banana peel tea and that is sitting. waiting to solidify a bit more.
hopefully ill be able to see some flowering soon.
just a quick question, about how far away are your light from the tops of your plants?
Im sure they are on some sort of system that you can move up and down etc.
the reason i ask (and i dunno your intentions) is that you mainly have horizontal growth which isnt a bad thing at all but ive found...
yea thats what i was thinking too, the coconut husks i mention before is chunky and creates space for the water to fall through. but i agree the soil is thick here and retains water quite well. that being said, a topper would be nice to have some evaporation, root rot is a very high risk.
yea the stuff that im finding is a bit smaller than that bottle cap.. so i think ill have to try something else.. the soil stays dry here its nice and toasty all the time.

im working on getting somthing similar, as i am in Thailand translation is a tricky hurdle to jump but i think ive found something that will work. however its much bigger than perlite it say about the size of a dime as opposed to the small perlite. think it will workout?
