New to ebb and flow and having trouble with light green plants what am I doing wrong?

i got green house and i'm pretty happy so far nice short bushy plants just wondering when i should start to flower them i only got a 4x2x5 tent didn't want to out grow my space been vegging for four weeks now . What didn't you like about the grow?

yea sorry i meant to say the one on the left i just bought three 2 foot sunblaster t5 probably buy two more later down the road heres the set up

i got a another tent with a 400 watt mh/hps i was just thinking of making a little veg box for cloning and vegging i top my plants so i'm also hoping the two plants dont out grow the box if they do i'll just have to find something bigger i'm going to use black and white poly

I am new too t5 lighting and was wondering how many three foot t5 bulbs i will need too veg 2-3 plants right too flowering

do you think a 230 cfm fan would be enought for what your talking about? also going to have a inline duct fan on the top vent to circulate air

the room isn't that small and have a window open just dont want to run ducting all over the place would rather have most of the equipment in the tent except for the ballast

bought a tent couldn't be happier also waiting on a 400 watt cool tube
