Well seems like your on top of the ph, and the soil is fine (props). Do you know if you have hard water? I recently switched myself because I have hard water and it destroyed my last batch of plants lol.

Well, right now I leave the window in the picture wide open. It's right by the road so it catches a lot of wind. Maybe a small fan wouldn't be a bad idea tho? Update on the plant today...it started growing again, or at least showing signs of growth on top. The one leaf that was entirely yellow...
