Yes totally possible, they would just approve it and send it to printer...They don't notify you, unless something is wrong...Let us know what they say Monday

I went through IEC and recieved only one email when the state recieved my app on May 14th..I didnt get any email when I was approved which was on 7/30...

They scan pics when they sort the mail in the am, I usually see my mail by 8:45 am each morning
