Looks like any 10% amber trichs. I’m in the middle of wk12 counting from seedling (germ started on xmas) on an autoflower that the breeder has listed at 8-9wks of flower time.
Fastbuds strawberry pie.
Really difficult to see the trichs with this super shakey camera but it looks like 10-20% amber now? Should I chop now or can it wait until Saturday?
The lower buds aren’t quite done though. Chop half and let the bottom sit a few more days?
Or should I lights out for 24hrs and chop tomorrow...
I had an issue with a uncalibrated ph pen several weeks back which ended up making a bunch of leaves spotted and deficient. I since got a new ph pen and fixed the issues (i think). Last three weeks the leaves started the same but she kept growing bigger and bigger buds so i figured everyone was...
This is my first grow so I'm not too sure about what constitutes the transition from preflower to flowering, but the flowers and frosting started to develop at about wk 4-5.
Hmmm, I've mostly been buying "purified/RO" water from the water store but have had to buy a few gal of distilled from...
Was getting what seemed like light burn when it was too close. I wanted to scrog but the tent is just too small for that and I didn't really have lst figured out yet so I just let it grow. I'm pulling down some of the taller branches and will be getting some light bars to supplement soon.
mine were in the original fastbuds foil pack. Just looks like these stretched a bit. maybe from improperly adjusted lighting early on. No idea. Oh well. Just gonna bendy bendy.
Even flowering under a 20hr light schedule? Breeder says 90-100cm height which is where these are at now, but since I LST'd a bit, I was expecting them to be a good 6" shorter or so. hmmm. I guess we'll see... First time grow. Next time, I might just go get a larger tent.
Well, it's been under 20/4 light its entire life since sprouting and it's definitely in flower without switching light schedules. I saw some other grow diaries with the same strain and they seem to grow similarly w/o LST. I was just hoping my LST would shorten it a bit but this one seems to be...
I'm pretty hesitant about supercropping right now, since I've never done it and don't want to fck up too much more. I'll stick to some "bonsai" LST for now. I can rotate the pot for some more room to work with and bend the taller stems in an "S" to shorten the height. I'll see how that works...
Strain info below. The tallest buds are only a few inches from the light but off to the side. The bulk of the taller buds are about 12" but there's an "indent" in the canopy where they're about 18". This light seems too small. Feels like the branches on the edges are stretching.
First...
