If my clones have been under 24 hours of T5 for 3 weeks. And I changed my light to 18/6 and slowly worked down to 16/8 for the next three weeks before putting outdoor will I be alright?

I have had my plants vegging under 24 hours light indoors. Will this be alright before planting outdoors. Should I switch them to 18/6 for the next three weeks till i put them out. First time need help.
