Got those gnats under control. Watered with bio-fizz, and some home made humic acid.

guess my soil has stayed to damp for a while. Still figuring the outdoor water out I guess. Got some of those nasty gnats. Should I water with neem? Or just spray the top layer? Bummed that they already showed up, but I watered then got hit with 2 days of rain. They are not running everywhere...
