So I have this sativa that has started to produce male flowers. It only has one to two weeks left till I harvest I was wondering if I should harvest now or just wait till it's time any advice is appreciated

I believe I have an algae problem but I'm not sure I use h2o2 but my roots are Brown and slimy. I use floranova bloom in a 4 gallon dwc. I'm in week 4 with a bagseed sativa and the buds aren't that big the growth is stunted can't figure out wat it is. any help is apreciated
