    Aeroponics pot size?

I'm no expert but I would suspect what's more important than net cup size would be getting those roots into the root chamber. But again you see many people running 3" net cups. But I replied to tell you this post is in the DIY section. Your question would be more likely answered in the...

    My aero theory

Hi all. Been lurking on and off for a few years now, soaking in all the knowledge I can. I have a few grows under my belt with varying degrees of success. Been a long time and always solo. But I have a theory. I've noticed most LP aero setups fall into 2 major categories: an aquamist style, net...

    Tripping...the breaker

Thanks all for the input. I believe I have found the problem. There is a window unit that I didn't think was on the circuit, turns out it is. I have turned it off and reset the breaker. I will be checking it in an hour or so to see if everything is still on. Again, thanks for the responses.

    Tripping...the breaker

So I have been using a T5 setup since about Oct. 1. On the 31st I decided they were ready for some real light so I hooked up my 1k hps instead. Ran it all day Thur and all day Fri until about 9pm. I discovered a major light leak so I tried to swap back to the not so bright t5's until I a...

Please look at my pics to tell me if I should harvest!

I've read that 85% milky is the ideal ratio, with 10% clear and 5% amber. What the listed flowering time for ak48?

    anyone use straight compost ?

I've heard of people throwing a layer of topsoil directly on top of a compost bed and planting in that. Supposedly with great results. Sounds like it could be good.

    i messed up :/

Other than the drooping from the lack of water they look pretty good I'd say. As for the transplant, I would wait until they rebound from this. Shouldn't take more than a day in my limited experience. Feed them tomorrow and see if they can handle the transplant the following day of two...

    i messed up :/

If you watered them with the proper solution they look like they will bounce back, just a little stress. Are you in veg or flower? I would resume the light to whatever schedule they were on so as not to stress them further. If your in veg it shouldn't be that big of a deal. But whenever some...

    Purple Cotyledons?

Sorry, no pics. I trimmed them last night. I just figured they were hungry because the exact thing happened to the Bubblelicious in the same conditions. The Bubblelicious was just yellow instead of purple. Just never seen that. Maybe its the strain?

    Purple Cotyledons?

As the title suggests, so of my cotyledons turned purple. Sprouted on around the 3rd of this month and fed for the first time last night. Thing is it's just my Hashberries. The Bubblelicious alongside it turned yellow instead. Not really worried, just curious more than anything. Any ideas?

Back in the game! Bubblelicious, Hashberry, and some freebies

Its encouraging to hear another positive review. Does it frost up like Mandala claims it does? I've heard answers from both ends of the spectrum here. Also, how are your yields?

Back in the game! Bubblelicious, Hashberry, and some freebies

Actually thats exactly what I wanted to hear. I will still get a pH tester at some point but it's nice to hear someone is getting by without one. Successfully. So my cotyledons on the Hashberries were doing something I've never seen or heard of. They were discolored, which I know is...

Back in the game! Bubblelicious, Hashberry, and some freebies

17 of 20 seeds cracked in less than 24 hrs. And thats w/o my heat mat, which I can't find since my last venture into this hobby. All the Bubblelicious seeds, 7 Hashberries, a Heavy Duty Fruity, and the Blue Dream. Planted them all in solo cups w/ drainage holes drilled. Using a new seedling...
