You could just use 3 100w in a line. Understanding that this would require a little more work to hang 3 lights but it's also better in my opinion because you control the spread and have more adjustability to your varying canopy height(s).

LED lights do not produce UV unless specifically designed to do so. I don't know of any UV LEDs for reptiles, the only ones I have come across in my research are more for industrial use and they are typically quite expansive. Have you considered T5 or compact fluorescent?

The CRI rating is how true the color is precived by the human eye with the sun being 100 as a reference. The lower CRI chips typically have higher lumen output and the higher CRI do seem to have a output that is shifted toward the red/far red. I see you wish to wait for the 3000k, I will keep...
