Hey guys I've been growing two northern light autoflowers and one is blooming like no tomorrow, but for some reason the 2nd one is still small as if it just sprouted and is yellowing on the leaves a lot people help!!!

I found orange squishy balls in my dirt so im presumming its bug eggs, I have a closet grow was wondering if they might go elsewhere besides the plant if they did hatch? Also I have neem oil coming in tomorrow so im hoping that will help
