Its a lumitek digital about three years old, it popped the fuse so bad I had to replace the fuse holder, when I fired it back up the lamp came on, but the ballast made a sizzling noise and the lamp was pulsing in intensity. after 5 min. lamp ent out for good....GOATHEAD

my lights off soil temps for seedlings are around 65 degrees , maybe even less due to a new grow place. they are a little slow growing and more pale than I like, is there a optimum temp to shoot for and simple solution please thanx, goathead
