    Best setup for RDWC?

I'm going to say this from the beginning, I've only done one RDWC and it was a DIY project and it was a leaky mess that i gave up on and put them in individual buckets which I'm more than familiar with. But with that said, as far as everything I have read about them is the pump is on 24/7. All...

is it worth the switch from soil to hydro

I love hydro. Depending on the system you chose, and how big, the power used in the equipment is quite minimal. I have a very large air pump that can run around 20 dwc buckets if i maxed it but i use that on 8. Those run 24/7 and i think that big one uses 120 watts. 1 kilowatt hour is 1000...

    Light proof 5 gallon buckets

The way i see it, black will get hotter, adding more heat. These being slightly reflective would make me think they wouldn't attract heat as bad and they are 100% light proof for $3.

Some strains will lose more leaves sooner into flowering then others, some done lose many at all when into flowering. I use GH 3 part Micro/Grow/Bloom and it does seem to lack if you dont use the whole line up. Some people done even use the grow at all. To the cloning flowering plants, my...

    Light proof 5 gallon buckets

thanks for the info guys. Trust me, if i had the money, i would have gone black buckets from the get go but when i needed 20 off the bat...2.50 sounded much better than 6-7 each. Now a days, im just going to go with the black buckets, they will always stay light proof without the worry of some...

    grow tent help

you get what you pay for with anything so i suspect if you spend good money on a tent, it should hold up very well. With that said, I have 2 identical cheap-o ebay tents that are 76"x76"x76". Ive hung my magnum xxxl hood from them for a couple years. Ive got to the point were I cut a tiny hole...
