I've noticed a change in flower structure, along with a surprising appearance of miniature trichomes all over the leaves, and some fan leaves. the stems of the leaves are all a bright red now, where previously only the larger fan leaves had red stems.

liberty haze was LST'd. I'll have pics up soon. She's starting to develop trichomes on the leaves now, so I'm thinking an explosion of growth may be around the corner.
first: get the lamp at least 10 inches from the top.
second: you need a warmer spectrum. those white bulbs might be bright, but an HPS lamp will be way, WAY better for the plants.
THIRD: you won't notice pre-flowers on your plants until 7-12 days after switching to 12/12.
The has nutrient burn as a result of nitrogen over-feeding. You should never supplement that much nitrogen to a plant this young. Flush her asap with clean water, and don't give her any more nutrients for at least 10 days.

don't get overloaded with information, bro. Get your plants re-potted, and start feeding with advanced nutrients three-parter. The Mushrooms typically wont grow with chemicals in the soil. Could be you just got a sporey batch of soil.
