Homegrown chem 91 and some dry sift

Nothing super fancy, f series strips in 3500k, heatsinks USA 2 in profile, HF HD extension/power/remote mount cables lol, 2 of those 480 48 a types and some wagos

Definitely go 5 strips on the meanwell 480 48A I tried 4 and the watts per sq ft adds up but was lacking a bit on the par meter, with the 5 the strip in there it brought it up about 100 on the meter at the same distance, and of course they run cooler at 2100ma Vs 2800, and the A type drivers...

This is a ball sac, no pistils poking out, compare and get back to us sir

I'd start with stabilizing your humidity if possible in the space, make sure you've got good airflow, down low especially, make sure you've also got a good amount of air being exchanged in and out as well. Greencure at half the recommended dose alternated with the dilute h2o2 will help knock it...
