Oh one last thing. I have a bit of this soil left sitting in potting containers, garbage cans, etc. Do you think just watering it would handle the N or should I dilute the whole thing down a bit with more fill, ie a high quality but unamended topsoil?

Yeah, do you think over the course of watering / flushing during veg that a) the plant would not be stunted by this NTox and that b) the N will go from it's hotter condition to more normal?
