Ok so I bought a 400watt HPS, had it on for 18hours a day for the last couple months and it was fine yesterday night when i turned it off, this morning when i turn ot on at the wall the ballast buzzes for a few seconds then nothing. I leave it switched on and every few minutes it buzzes again...

Hey guys, its day 36 of my grow and iv recently topped her but she seems to be developing very slowly, any advice on how I can encourage larger growth?? (under a 400w HPS, simply feed with miracle grow)

ok so i just changed the lights from 20/4 to 18/6. . . was this a wise move? hoping it will inspire growth, hoping it wont affect the plant with the regular photoperiod !

hopefully theyll grow abit now theyre in the bigger pots, slowly getting slightly bigger im hoping that theyll all grow through the flowering stage aswell !! gonna turn this thread in a grow diary anyone got predictions of how much il get off them all?

between 70-80 constantly, anything i can do to give them a boost? cant start again because of time constraints, will they grow any further through the flowering stage or are they just gonna turn into little gram nugs on a stick haha

all feminized, so turning the light cycle down should make them get bigger?? people have said the reason theyre tiny is because the pots too big and the growth is all focused on the roots? if theyre supposed to go straight into the final pot, do you intend to keep those in your photo in those...

Ok guys so firstly this is my setup, clearly not too hightech !! fans blowing air in though and not usually as grubby, the strains im growing are pinapple express auto, blue mystic auto, bubblicious auto, and a caramel cream plant regular photoperiod. not sure which is which !! the black pot...

think i may have left the in the small pots for far too long (14days!!) they are in far larger pots now and some people on other forums have attributed their lack of growth to being in pots too large?? il whack some pics up in the next hour hope someone can guide me to ounces !!

doing it more for a hobby than financial benefits, bill isnt a problem as its split between aload of us, day 24 and the plants arent looking very developed !!

is there anyway to achieve this? my plants havent grown to their full potential, first grow used cheap soil cheap nutes and too too long to repot, wondered if there is anyway to extend the veg time as my 23day old plants are all about 2inch high

havent checked the ph level ive just let tap water stand for 24hours though that should be ok?

do i just flush it through with water completely for afew minutes next time instead of watering? will it not drown the plants?
