hey man, the nutrients im using are IONIC GROW AND BLOOM http://www.growell.co.uk/p/0823/Ionic-Grow-and-Bloom.html @ 7mm per litre, so thats 140mm for a 20L tank. Ionic grow is for the veg growth stage, while bloom is used during the flowering period.
