I had the same problem I just went to home depot picked up a 70cfm bathroom vent fan 3inch flex pipe cut a a 3" hole in the ceiling and im in way better shape.

I dont see why you couldnt I monitor 5 security cameras where I work from my Iphone im thinkin next year they will have a app to drive my car for me:hump:
