I use the BIG 300W equivalent cfl's from Home Depot. They are 65w and cost about $15 bucks.. I use 4 and get big nasty buds... .

It will grow under there but not very well. The incandescent puts off alot of heat.

Sorry but there is no such thing as sizzelean screen, I had toys in the military that could spot the heat from a mouse through 18 inches of solid concrete you ain't gonna hide and HID if they wanna see it. I don't care how much $$$ you spend.

I haven't used my EC meter in over 2 years... PH is much more important but hell I don't even use one of those... When I first started growing I spent hundreds on meters to help me grow better and all it did was complicate things and keep me chasing ph and ec constantly trying to get it...
