Lower the light a few inches, it's going to start to grow 3 main stems from here I believe and will be slow growing for a while.

I'd say harvest some from the middle part of the plant and test it; or you can wait a week or 2 just to be sure.

Yea lowes or home depot have em, I think 60 to 90 dollarsish. They work good with some adjusting. Shud be American voltage if bought in America. Did u end up getting a hps? 150 wats is decent for a small plant , 300 to 400 is ridonkulously better tho
