These two plants have been flowering between 9-10 weeks now. I just dont see much progress. Wondering If anyone has any tips or tricks to accelerate these slow grows???

I've done 6 grows(soil) before usally 3-5 plants with about 2 oz or so a plant dried. The gewd soil is kinda expensive, i grow mine to about 2 1/2 to 3 ft then start the flow. Im wondering can i put 2 plants of the sameish height in the 5 gallon buckets i use to grow more but save?

I do 24/0 for most of the veg but when its about 2 weeks before i want to flower i slowly switch to 18/6 and then whem im totally down to unleach the flow i slowly put it to 12/12 and ive had decent results.
