Caregivers go away 12/31/13. No hardship growing at home. The dispensary guys did a great job of making sure they own the market. There will be a bunch of hearings before the end of the year but the state wants to control and regulate all growing through the dispensaries

All the rules changed today. Go to the MA DPH website for more info. After the first of the year no more homegrowing or caregivers plus new rules for dr's who issue rec letters. Better get your letter sooner than later because things are getting tough in MA

Attorney General in MA said towns cannot interfere or overrule the state law regarding medical marijuana. Any towns trying to ban dispensaries were told they have no such authority. All they can do is develop zoning rules regarding their location. ie no liquor store next to a school

How would a police officer know what a 60day supply for one of your patients looks like? I have a patient that goes through an oz a week. There are no regs in place for law enforcement in MA regarding legal grows. Anything posted here is speculation
