i was gonna expand when it grows if I need to only got the 1 plant at the moment so should be okay for now. What size would you recommend and what about pot sizes? I've only got 10L to start off?

Its a Vogek not sure on the model and yes adjustable but its on the highest setting and only goes dimmer.

How much would you recommend increasing them? Lights are 200w Thanks how much would you recommend increasing it by? And the light is 100w LED 15inches above.
