No I think the plant may have been under watered. I just feed them their nutes today and am hoping to see more growth at the top.

A hempy bucket is just any bucket where you drill a 7/16th size hole 2 inches up from the bottom. When you water, you wait till water starts pouring out of the hole and then stop. The pan is just there to catch the water so it can be dumped. I was skeptikal of this method too before I tried...
