yeah i agree move the lights closer, you got some strech. with floro's you gotta have them within 2 inch at least otherwise barely enough light makes it to the plant. light depletes exponentialy through air so about every 6 inches halves the amount of light

why do you want to know how old i am? just want to know how cold is too cold for plants?
