I do not know how to measure PH...I never though it could drastically deviate from the neutral level. Do you think my ph level may be too low or too high?

The plant is not tied up too tight, it is barely held in place by the string. I water about once a week maybe every 5 days or so, and I am positive that currently my lights are close enough but not too close to the seedling.

What leads me to belive that bleach may be the cause, is that the new leaves look very healthy, and they grew after I stopped spraying the plant with water from that spray bottle
