well im growing a marijuana plant in a pot and some random leaves are coming from the soil is it maybe another weed plant growing or just some weeds or some shit sorry about the bad pic quality

so my plant was getting all dry and shit at the top and it was about 2 1/2 feet tall and it was in flowering but i cut off the top and now its about 3/4 feet tall will it grow back?
