Salt build up in the root medium. What is the run off ppm?

Looks like a mg deficiency, add 1ml of epsom salt per gal. to your nutes to start with and maybe foliar spray with 1% epsom salt and water solution. Should see recovery within a week.

2000k will work the best. The shades will work great. Temps seem perfect.

Looks like a magnesium deficiency, add some epsom salt to your nutes at 1 tablespoon Epsom salts/gallon of water, or foliar spray with 1/2 teaspoon of epsom salt per litre on affected areas, which is what I tend to do. Keep your flora at 1-2-3 ratio but bump up ppm a bit. Not sure where you're...

Thanks for the reply Mazar. I was just using straight GH at 1G-2M-3B ratio. No boosters. I ended up bumping up the entire nutrient strength to 1400ppm, drifted down to 1250 over three days, and the problem hasn't gotten worse and is slowly getting a bit better.
