it is pretty loud but only through the ducting can I put some scented air filter or carbon filters at end of ducting to muffle sound?

so im thinking of flowering tomorrow cant afford to upgrade to hps for now dont want them to get too big due to light penetration

I want to get a growlab 80 im just not sure what type of lighting i should get i do know that mh/hps will be better than cfl but how hot would a 250watt system get what would it take to keep it cool i really dont want an expensive noisy fan thats why i was leaning towards cfl

this will be my first time grow i decided to just go buy a growlab 80 i wanted to build a box but i dont have any tools im thinking of using 3 lights 1 150watt cfl horizontal on the top and hanging 2 cfls verticle on each side of the box im thinking of 105watt or maybe 85watt for the side ones...
