LED's grow better plants. Check my journal in my sig. Anyone who talks trash should try growing a plant first. Far Red and White are a waste IMO. I have had great success with dual-spectrums. Just switched to a 660nm all red ufo.

I use Sunshine Systems LED lights. check out my grow journal. I won't be disassembling them anytime soon though as they are being used.
