Lower leaves yellow says lack of nitrogen to me. Yellowing leaves close to harvest might not be a bad thing though. Early in veg/flower, then yes its a problem. In veg N is needed very much so, in flower its needed less. Hope that helps. Dont worry about the leaves that are already affected...
