So tying down all the branches to the pot will produce bigger yields and reduce the height?

How would you guys prune this to get the most out of it. Just went into bloom yesterday.

Vegged for 2 weeks. HPS lights. 80 degrees or lower at all times. Canna line nutes.

Is this "root bound"? Plants can't expand their roots enough so they grow up instead of out?
