Its just the leaves trying to dissapate heat. Its from heat stress and not a big deal. Raise you light 6" and get a fan to blow just below to the light to help with hotspots.

A larger pot will solve that problem in a few days.

Overwater for sure. Transplant to larger pot with dry dirt, it will help dry the other dirt.

Defeciency's are always caused by overwatering or ph issues. That may be a fungi infection. I would first try to spray for that and rule it out. Make sure your plants are very dry before watering. Dont be anxious to give them a high ppm count of fertilizer. Less is always better and...

Are you sure they are ants? I have no experience with ants but they do sell ant traps at homedepot cheap. I would say there thrips by looking at picture 1 , but the other 2 looks like you dripped some water on the leaves and they simple got burnt. Thrips tend to not really be a major problem...

Most problem arise for only a few things. The first being, overwatering. Not so much that your giving them to much , but to often. Dont get me wrong to much will have affects on yields, but from experience just as long as you only water when there bone dry you can still get a decent crop off...

Looks to be from water on leafs they get burnt. It's lower only around areas you water by? Have done any foliar spraying? The leaves look very good.

dont bother spraying for pests anymore. azamax in the water 1 time and it will kill every thing that touches the plant for 6 weeks . you can use it up to harvest and it usally kills everything in 24 hrs. i think it works for power mildew as well
