It's not mold, it's actually the whole reason you're letting the soil bake. Let it continue, it's normal. Something to do with building up micro-organisms so they can break down nutrients for your plant.

Instead of using that second fan to push air into the room, you should move it somewhere near the top of the grow room and make it blow out. Also, leave the hole where the fan is now, or cut a new hole near the bottom of your grow room leading to your 75 degree room to act as a passive intake...
