hows it going Gopedxr!! if you want some nice big bushes i would plant as soon as the weather breaks in early spring. if your starting with seeds you can get them started indoors to get them going so once they go outside there strong enough to take rite off. but i just plant all rooted clones and i use a 5gal. buckets for single plants, and i also use 20-30gal. bins with 2 plants in each. i top them a couple times and supper-cropped it a few times this gives a very bushy plant with a nice even canopy. then once into flower i lolli-pop them. for soil i use a soiless mix (Farfard Canadian mix#2) its just Peat, Perlite, and Vermiculite.
its PH neutral, it has no ferts, its almost like growing hydro in a way were as all the nutes it gets is only what you give it. as for strains i like my mostly Indica plants. Kush's, Chem's, Diesels, and Berm x G13 are my favorite for killer potency.
