I'll try go back to veg, do I just remove flowers and go back to longer light cycle?

During veg it was 1000ppm no issues. I was told to use up to 1400PPM during flower just by reading some articles online. Don't see why it would do this now with the same ppm unless the different composition of the 3 part nutes are causing it to burn? Will try lower it down and see how it goes...

It's possible that the water had low oxygen levels when I was gone, the roots have a white slimy texture to them and they smell bad. They look barely different from before I left for my trip but if anything they're a little bit more brown. Have already tried using hydrogen peroxide in the water...

The roots are still quite white with a light brown tinge, temp in the grow tent is 27c atm but maxes out at 28c. The root tips don't look brown whatsoever and I've never let the water get below halfway. The distance from the light to the plant is currently about 20 - 25 cm.

Just checked on the plant again and it appears to be getting worse. There is plenty of water and oxygen in the water since I have an airstone in there. Maybe some kind of disease preventing the roots from getting oxygen out of the water or getting water?
