Lets say during veg cycle of the light needs to be turned off temporally then go back on. For example an 18/6: the light is on 8hrs, off 1-2hrs, then back on until 18th hour. How, if at all, would this effect the plants?

Say SWIM germinates seeds using paper towel method. Then place the seed root down in rock wool. At this step should SWIM keep the cubes under the light source? Also how soon are veg nutrients needed for system's water? Any input appreciated. SWIM wants to get started tonight :) Thank you!

Ordered my seeds. I chose G13 Lab's Poison Dwarf. Its a cross between Northern Lights No. 2 and Mexican Ruderalis. I'm going to be using a 150w HPS grow light, a bunch of CFLs and hydroponically using a drip tote. Really can't wait!
