My 3x4 veg station is having issues.... I have them in 1 gallon grow bags under a 30,000 t5 grow light set at 24/24. Ph of watering is 6.5 in foxfarm soil no neuts..... whats going on??

When I change my nutrients once a week I clean my system and run tap water through the net lid to clear any salt buildup. Is it possible that using un phd tap water could cause this?
