it hasn't been flowering for 40 days btw. not even 2 weeks since it started showin female signs...

I dont really know what I'm doing right or wrong mate.. I try not to overwater them and i've got good soil mix(I want to believe so..). the lamp sits a little lower than the photo. try to lower the lamp as close as possible, so the plants get more light.. and finally I think the fans are a must...
