OK thanks. Yeah the soil i bought was stored outside. Never had an issue till i toped off the pots wit this new soil. I'll never buy soil from outdoors again.

The flies aren't really on the plant it self. The are more just crawling aroung on top of the soil and around the edge of the pot.
