Have been reading alot about the 1000w vs 600w vs 400w debate for a while. Found a chart that seems to answer the question.. If a 1000w Hps is hung 16 inch above canopy it gets a "light intensity" of 25 067 Footcandles. Since you can place a 600w Hps closer to canopy, lets say 10 inch above...

Anyone who has any experience with the Luxgear hps ballast? Cant seem to find if it is a magnetic or electronic ballast..

Have read that you should cut 1/4 inch below a node, but what exactly is a node? Is it where the leaf grow from the branch? Anyone has a picture that shows where to cut? Thanks
