Here you go dude. Hope this helps. I used the method described on growweedeasy. Changed it a bit to suit my setup and it seems to be working. Flipped her three days ago and the main colas and all the undergrowth are budding

these were taken two and three weeks ago. Will do more pics tomorrow. Right now she is about 21" tall and about 8 lower stems are now reaching main cola height. Hopefully will have over 20 or so main colas. Not bad for my second ever grow

Just thought I'd share a pic or two of my ladies. These were taken at day 30. Grown in general purpose compost and GH Flora Trio liquid fertiliser (I cannot rate these nutes highly enough)!! These pics were taken two days ago, and the lower canopy is now so tall, I've tied it off to the main...

600w MH during the day and 600w HPSin the evenings. All other strains are doing well with same lighting. See my grow journal

She's a slim lady :) she was under a small CFL for most of her grow.
