This isn't my first rodeo. I definitely checked my spam mail. I knew they scammed me when after texting the guy and asking for my tracking number, I did the same thing on the site. The guy on the site tried to tell me that I wasn't talking to anyone that worked there. Which was total bulshit...

Just a heads up, they got me. I placed an order last week and never even got my tracking number. Glad I only got one pack.

Believe me I have, I can't get a reply.

Has anyone spoke with somebody at substrate? I sent money for a order on friday, and they were supposed to text me my tracking number and I haven't heard back since then. I was in contact with a sales rep. What state r they located in? I'm sweating it now.
