When I transplant my clones from 1.5 inch rockwool into 3 inch baskets filled with Hydroton I can get roots long enough while cloning but will just a root or two be enough or would you need a bunch of roots hitting the bottom?

Your going to lose potency aswell as integrity by forcing flowering plants back into veg. I would not suggest doing that again or using that plant as a mother as all of her babies may have lost some potency and integrity as they are just a copy of the mother.
