Heres a better picture, as you can see they look like balls from a certain angle but if u look at them from the top u can see theyre kinda of swells around the node and i am very confused.

U can see the one on the left side better, its just when i saw them i was like wtf they were round swollen areas around the node that looked like balls abbout to form. Wasnt really sure though, they arent that big ill keep posting until I have a clearer picture of them for you guys.
