It was the soil.
Seems like the manufacturer of the soil I use changed their formulation, it was too rich for the seedlings.
I was going through all sorts of exotic scenarios, and I figured if something is wrong, it is more probably something very basic...

Haha no one knows about my hobby except the missus,
So this is the only place I can discuss gardening issues.

Anyway they have been stored in a fridge, seeds germinate in 24-36 hours.
This has been driving me nuts for the past 3 months.

Just started 3 seeds a few hours ago.
One is going back into the room.
One is going to the rooftop, she is getting good old all natural sunlight.
Last will be babied in the bedroom, with a 23watt fluorescent lamp.
Yupz no issue with the grow medium,
Water is fine,
Temp is good,
Led lamp is good.
Ph meters were re calibrated just before this grow, sent it to Hanna Instruments office to get them tuned.
The only thing I can think of now is the air quality.
I live nearby the sea, there is a tangy salty smell...
I have been going through the grow medium with a magnifying glass.
No insects, doesnt seem to have any fungal growth either.
Just nice loose black soil..

I don’t believe it’s an issue with overwatering, since the medium is well aerated.
And I only gave a splash of water when planting the seeds and then 2-3 days later.
